How to book

In order to make a booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Select your chosen apartment.
  2. Check the availability of the selected apartment on the chosen dates by using the calendar and entering your arrival and departure dates.
  3. Click on the link to the booking form and fill it in, entering your personal data and the number of occupants.
  4. Confirm your reservation by paying the booking deposit, which is 25% of the total rental tariff. This should be done through a bank transfer (bear in mind you will be responsible for any possible commissions your bank may apply). The remaining balance (75%) is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Conditions

Reservations become valid only once the deposit payment (25% of the rent) has been accepted.
Prices are in EUROS.
Once the booking payment has been accepted, there are no refunds.
Nonetheless, you will be able to change the dates of your stay as well as the apartment choice, subject to availability, up to thirty (30) days after the date of the booking confirmation.
After the booking payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your payment.
A few days before your arrival, 10rent will e-mail you requesting your time of arrival and providing you with the name and contact details of the person who will await you on the day of your arrival and welcome you to the flat.

On the day before your arrival, our team of cleaners will have set up the flat in perfect condition for you, servicing the room with clean sheets and towels. Also, one of our colleagues will make sure the cleanliness of the apartment lives up to the required standards for your guaranteed comfort and satisfaction.

Cancellation or withdrawal before your stay commences: If the occupants of an apartment make a booking cancellation only a few days before arrival, payment is to be made for the remaining days of rental in the following way: 50% of the total price for the days cancelled if the cancellation has been made more than 7 days in advance, and 100% of the total cancelled days, if the cancellation is made 7 days or fewer in advance.

Arrival

Our personnel will be awaiting you at the apartment at the agreed time. You will be shown how to use the supplied white goods and a copy of the apartment keys will be given to you. A copy of the short-term rental contract signed by the landlord or his representative will be handed to you, requiring your signature.

Following this, you will be expected to make the remaining rental payment for the apartment in cash. A guarantee deposit will be required in case of any damage caused to the property. This will range from 100 to 200 euros (cash), depending on the apartment.

The most convenient time for check-in is to be arranged between the occupant(s) and 10rent’s personnel.

Stay

During your stay at the apartment if you have any doubts about anything, please do not hesitate to contact 10rent. At the time of check-out, 10rent personnel will inspect the apartment before returning your deposit.

The apartment must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Tariffs/prices

Each apartment has its own tariff depending on its location, surface area and other characteristics.

The price of the rent is calculated in days, weeks, or months, depending on the occupant’s needs, the minimum possible stay being three (3) days and the price being cited on the website.
If you are planning to rent for 2 weeks or more, please do not forget to consult us for the tariffs for prolonged periods of time. The price of the apartment includes the water, gas, and electricity bills/expenses, but does not include the optional services. The cleaning service will be carried out at least once a week, at 10 euros per hour.
